Old friend of the Flame Empress and a very nimble thief.

Ty Lee comes from a family of everyone working in law enforcement, her parents and 4 of her sisters being cops and the other 2 being prosecutors. Ty Lee was pressured to join just to be like everyone in her family, but her heart wasn't quite in it. Ty Lee got a thrill from opposing her family and started going out breaking crimes as a masked vigilante. She started with stuff like vandalism and destruction of private property, then upgraded to thievery. She took from valuable items from wealthy people and when her family found out about her criminal actions, Ty Lee ran and hid away in the Fire Metropolis Amusement Park and Circus. During her nights of thievery, Ty Lee came across some villains and found them as allies in the form of The Flame Empress and Knifepoint. Together, they formed a trio of terror that burned, knifed, or stole everything in their path. No one could stop them, that is until The Unity formed, made up of heroes like The Avatar, The Painted Lady, The Tribesman, The Kyoshi Warrior, The Blind Bandit, and The Blue Spirit.
