The father daughter pair of highly deadly superhumans, one a villain, the other a hero.

Keith Kilheim was a pathologist working for The Pentagon at an underground base that houses the world's deadliest diseases. When Hydra launched an attack on the base to get the materials for a bioweapon, Keith was caught in blast that exposed him to a many diseases all at once. While in quarantine, it was discovered that the diseases were fighting each other to kill Keith and it was slowly killing him and causing him endless pain. A scientist known as Niles Van Roekel came and talked to Keith explaining that he can cure him. Keith wanting to stop his pain accepted Van Roekel's offer and through a series of procedures was forever changed into the walking sickness known as Hazmat.

Before Keith's mutation, he unknowingly had a daughter with an old girlfriend of his, this daughter was named as Jen Takeda. Jen grew up never knowing about her father until she was a teen and he kidnapped her. She finally found out through villain banter that he was her father and the biohazard suppervillain Hazmat. Years of being a walking collective of sicknesses were starting to take their toll on his body and he had no one to secure his legacy after he died, so he created a superpower transfer machine that would take his abilities and force Jen to carry them. As he was readying the machine, the alarm went off and they indicated that the power source of Hazmat's lab was starting to overload. The power core turned out to be Chen Lu/The Radioactive Man and he was breaking out of the core containment. When Radioactive Man finally did break out, he killed Hazmat for imprisoning him and was ready to kill Jen when some quick thinking on Jen's part tricked him into going into the power transfer machine. Jen thought she was safe until Radioactive Man started to unleash radioactive bursts and was ready to cause a nuclear blast if it meant being able to escape. Jen with no other choice went into the other side of the power transfer machine and took Radioactive Man's nuclear abilities so he wouldn't cause a meltdown. The Avengers arrived later on and found two dead supervillains and one frightened girl who was putting out a dangerous amount of radiation. They took her to an Avengers base and put her in a radiation containment room until they knew exactly what to do with her. Some Avengers have even been talking about putting her on a roster of young recruits as soon as a containment suit has been made.
