Okay, you could start calling this an art spam, I guess
It's Noeen, my very own little spy 
The drawing is again old, I just keep adding backgrounds (which is great practice, really)
I think the wall looks a bit funny but the grassy hill and the sky look very nice to me

The art style comes together quite nicely and makes for a very interesting art piece. Though there are many things I like here ranging from the perfect anatomy to the background to the way you designed and stylized the characters as well as the posing and facial expressions. All of which are essential for capturing the attention of the audience and you did that quite nicely.
The shading you implemented here works in conjunction with the background and I really like seeing just how much attention to detail you put with the lighting here.
