I;ve been bombarded with requests on how to do this since I submitted 'amnesia' so here it is, what u've all been hollering for!hope this makes sense and is useful.
if anyone uses this to make anything, please note me, I'd love to see the results!

just tried something else on it to get a wavy effect if your interested , if you create a wave in space warps and then link it to a spikey using the bind to space warp linking tool next to link then move the wave around it will warp the spikey depending how you scale/move/rotate or modify the settings for it... just make sure if you want to move the spikey then you group it to the wave object first then ungroup after otherwise the spikey will change shape, don't know if you knew this already but it's just a thought

n1 on the optmiser too, never used that and i soooooo needed to in some of my experiments that i have to drop as my PC dies
