Weird title lol.. It just came into my mind after finish sketching..

A little stupid meaningless story I’ve made up while looking at this piece..

Because of the unusual pair of wings that was attached on her back.. Her own kind doesn’t really treat her very well. She was very sad and miserable.. Later on she realizes she doesn’t belong in their kind. Hence, she went off on a journey in search of her own kinds. The journey was long, lonely and tired... sometimes during the night, she looks up to the clear night and wonders will she be able to find her own kinds…and what does she really want…

I’ve no idea how to continue with it…stuck and mind turn blank … horrible at making stories..

Initially, it was sketch in a black book~! It’s really hard to see so I’ve to invert and adjust the levels… here is the color concept of this piece. It was done on one layer.. [link]

The original sketch size was A5. But, I’ve cropped it larger since it’s too small and not able to paint the background..

Sketch with pencil > scan > color with ps.

Mechanical pencil 0.5 HB
A5 Black book

Time taken: many days above on and off
