I believe the circle (publication) is C-Ration but I'm not sure. I can see sano's name in Japanese.
I saw the word yaoishrine. Is that where you got it? It's a shame it closed down a couple of years ago.

Yeah, me too. I got one where Kenshin came into the bath wearing a towel around his waist and his hair was piled up on his head and someone covered Yahiko's eyes because it was considered "too exotic or erotic".
