Here it is the title cover for my crossover Code Vestroia, I know that I just told you earlier I was working on sketches but like I said I had found a perfect design and here it is! I am getting so much better at drawing Zell's new design thanks to inesidora, I owe her SO MUCH for helping me!I know some of these drawings look familiar, that's because they inspired me! Here are the arts that inspired me:

These drawings were not traced in any way, they helped inspire me to do a title cover for Code Vestroia so I thought I could TRY and draw them on my own for this drawing. So here they are! But as you can see... it's novice work at best, but I'm proud of all the work I put into it so I decided to post it!
I hope you like it! All the credit for inspiration goes to: deejayaelitastones, son-neko, inesidora, Code Lyoko and Bakugan New Vestroia! Thank you for your time and attention!

Yes, it's Bakugan related. You see, Code Vestroia is a Code Lyoko/Bakugan crossover.

Everyone has different ideas, I know that you have a Bakugan/Code Lyoko thing going on. But I am not taking your ideas or anything, the very thought of taking ones ideas makes me shudder.
I got the idea for Code Vestroia when I had watched a few episodes of Code Lyoko on you-tube and then watched a new ep of Bakugan New Vestroia on the TV. I was like " I should write a fic that takes place after XANA's defeat and after the adventures in New Vestroia." and bingo! Code Vestroia came to life!
I am aware that you have a simuliar idea and I am very glad that I am not the only one that likes both shows enough to do a cross-over.

I, on the other hand, have 3 Seasons (and over 40 and some episodes all together) of "Code Bakugan".
The only difference in MY fan-fiction is that I'M in it as well. I guess we DO have differences after all.

Well, it seemed like, to me, it's drawn CORRECTLY, straightly from the shows themselves. For the picture itself, good job.

Thanks I'm glad an experienced artist like yourself likes it! It took quite a while to draw let alone color... but all in all I think I did a pretty good job!

Yes, and remember, the best way to get better is actually to draw using a model or a strait copy of a picture. I always practice and "memorize" a bakugan character by drawing a full copy of a few screen shots. After a few sketches I start to draw the comic or picture, still keeping old pics near to make sure I don't miss a detail. When you get good at drawing a copy, you can start to hone your skills wihtout this "security" picture ^^

Thanks for the advice! I know I keep old and new screenshots of the CL characters and I have one of Shun in my drawing binder... which needs replaced again... maybe I should get a 2 inch binder or something... or maybe two binders... anyways before I get side-tracked.
What I so is browse around DA and find drawings and study how they differ from the actual show and see if I can draw in the same style in some way. Then I slowly sketch it out until I think it's presentable and fill in details. After a lot of work and erasing I outline it in sharpie, date and sign it and then color!

Yes, that's a good way too. Compare and study. I like to study pictures a lot and see how things are done differently by other artists, and how I'd do something or change it. It's obrevation that helps you develop you artist's eyes and mind ^^
