Howl from Howl's moving Castle.I saw the movie a couple of days ago and Howl completely stole my heart
I mean this guy has it all!
He's handsome (how many characters dyes their hair?)
He's a wizard (far cooler than Harry Potter in my opinion hah!)
He has THE coolest bird-creature-form (wiiiiings :0~)
...I wanna read the book...

I think what I like the most about Howl is that he actually admits he dyes his hair (although i like black the most) lol. But your version is so cute haha. I just can't get enough of sexy, feminine, arrogant guys like him. I sooo can't wait for the dvd to come out in march!

ah yess, i went with my brother to see the movie when it first came out, it wasnt playing in any cinemas near us, so we went on an hour train ride just to see it XD i think howl stole most girls hearts hehe. As for the picture, the colouring is really great, a new style perhaps? id love to see more pics like this from you emma

Very nice! And I saw the movie and went crazy for Howl too....omg I wanna see it again! ;___;....The only way I got to see it the first time is that it was playing in the creepy downtown theatre for the art series...thing. O_o.......ITS NOT OUT ON DVD YET IS IT? O___O

The book is REALLY good. It's my favorite novel (and has been since BEFORE the movie came out.) You should really read it!! Itβs better than the movie. They butchered Howlβs character. And donβt even get me started on how big a wuss they made the βmighty demonβ Calcifer!! Pathetic! Despite all my basking the movie, I havenβt actually seen the whole thing. lol.

my friend downloaded the japanese dvd verison for me with both english and japanese verisons on ^^
I have yet to watch it in english (but i have seen an english trailer of it tho)

neither is it for telling how much you hate a picture
critique is something you give a person in, lets say, when you see something they need to improve on
and you give them advice.

Hmmhmm...Somehow the meaning of that advice just slipped me. What I meant is that your picture looks more humanized. The crow-Howl I remember was 'fatter' because of all his feathers. For the rest your picture's great, did you draw it from your memory?

and there are parts in the movie where he's more human than bird
plus that he can pull out wings through his back and make his arms into wings, whatever suits him :3
