Oooh, I remember seeing this in your sketch dump, I'm really happy that you uploaded it separately - I just love this piece! You captured the Governor excellently; like he's in between deciding if he truly wants to be evil or not. And his eye, wow! I think because he has the patch on, it can be hard to draw him conveying any sort of deep emotion (or at least that was my own experience of drawing him, lol) but you hit it right on. And truth be told, I just really, really like how you drew him.
