I love this photo!

I like how the direction of her gaze and her nose compliments the part in her hair.
Even how the shine in her hair points in the direction of her gaze, that is a nice touch!
Also, everything from the shape of her eyebrows, the bottom of her nose, her gentle smile, her chin and collar are all in harmony.
The light blue and her pinkish complexion also adds a cool and welcoming color scheme.

If the photo was a little bit longer, to show the bottom of her shirts collar, that and her hair would frame her face perfectly.
