I love the position of the hands the most.

This is great. I would assume it was taken medium format. The depth of field and clarity tip me off as such (plus the square shape). It's great... maybe a little dim for my tastes - but I like high key glam and fashion lighting.

I absolutely have to comment on a photo like this...
I'm obsessed with manual focus shots like this, I love a portion of the photo to have crisp, clear, in focus material while the rest of the photo is out of focus. It's just something about that that gets me. If you'll notice in my own gallery, many of my photos are like that.
