i really like how you mixed the brighter colors, but still seperated them from the darker, it gives a nice contrast and transition. Sorry, not much of a critiquer, but i think you should be proud of this one esspeacially, it's very nice

I personally find the surrealist aspect of this piece very interesting. I like how it mixes warm with cool tones. What medium did you use? BTW sorry if I haven't been online much, I'm in a new school and things have been pretty hectic (i.e no time for art

Well, I just got into my first year of high school, and I'm still getting used to the workload. That and I live 2 hours away from my school, so I dont get much time to work on my art. The only art I do now is projects that i have to accomplish as a member of the Ateneo Art Guild.

Surrealism....I didn't expect this from you, it's not very inkeeping with your previous work. But I do like the strange and wacky. It seems to be a battle between fire and Ice, and it's hard to say who is defending and who attacking. The rose is a nice touch, sort of like a simple life in the midst of a fierce war.
Sorry would have given a Critique, but I don't have a subscription.

I like surrealism it's simplicity and oddity is more reflective of life than any other style. I like the hot and cold colours in yours as well as the rose...

because it doesn't have to look good, it has to feel good

no you said you weren't good at drawing so why don't you try putting lines and color on paper with just feeling the art and not wanting to create something special but just your feelings

I've done it before, but thats not my style of art I'm hoping to take up photography. I don't have much skill with my hands, so my art tends to be more intellectual, such as poetry and fiction.....

I think you'll recognise it, I've used some arisic licence, I'm still having trouble with the rhythm but I think it's pretty good other than that. It's called A Sonnet to Ourania.
