Poke'dex:
When Lickilicky is taught the attack "Ice Punch", and levels up at the Ancient Crystal in the Glacier Caves of North Chubu, on maximum happiness, it evolves into Lickilanche.

A strange, yet rare poke'mon, Lickilanche are notorious for escaping from would be trainers by hopping onto their giant icey tongues and flying down hillsides out of trainers reach.

Its feet are tipped with frost, and act as friction so its feet don't get stuck to its tongue. It has a scarf-like appendage wrapped around its neck that helps Lickilanche control its body temperature. Even though it is an ice type, it is still heavily prone to fevers and colds if its temperature rises and/or falls too much below/above normal.

It's specialty attack is "Freeze Wrap", in which it wraps its opponent in its icey tongue and inflicts cold damage, with a possibility of freezing its opponent.

Taller than most Licki-species, Lickilanche is often seen as a big brother or strange uncle to Lickitung and Lickilicky. It is known as the "Speeding Sled" poke'mon, popular among snowboarders and skiiers.

This poke'mon is known for having a fierce rivalry with Lickiladdin to prove which of the two is the best Licki final stage.

Originally created as an entry along with Lickiladdin for G-FauxPokemon's Lickilicky evolution contest, I think it turned out surprisingly well!

I like the idea of seeing it riding down a snowy mountain on its own tongue. lol I wish I could od coloring better though, I would've loved to create the illusion of a tongue made of ice much better than that.
