Description
Master Fwong is the last member of the Elite Four you will meet in Chubu.He is the Fighting type master, and is known as the "Hurricane Fist" in Chubu. A renowned sensei in the martial arts, he lives a solitary life atop Mt. Fuji in the Northern Chubu region.
You'll see what his signature poke'mon is/are later down the road. ;D
