Hey everyone!

I realize this is a traditional hand-drawn art, but it turned out so nicely I just HAD to submit it! I will however, do a digital lineart version of this pair in the near future.

So this is Arthur, the first Gym Leader you battle in the Chubu Region.

Arthur is a master of the new type, the "Wind" type. The poke'mon he's with is a "Hufle", a pure wind type. (expect a dex entry on him in the future, along with his two evolutions).

Arthur, in story, is Falkner's older brother who left his hometown to discover a new kind of poke'mon, and become a master of it. And he achieved this!

Rater than inheriting his father's Poke'mon Gym, Arthur discovered that not all poke'mon who use attacks such as "Whirlwind" and "Gust" are feathery Flying type poke'mon of the bird variety.

Some take in air and store it in their bodies, often in balloon-like inflatable appendages, such as Hufle. This theory was approved by the Poke'mon Researchers Society, and the Flying type was divided into the "Flying" type and "Wind" type. Arthur has set up his own Poke'mon Gym in Typhoon City, where he battles young trainers with this newly classified type of poke'mon.

For defeating Arthur, trainers will get a "Tornado Badge". (expect a design for that badge in the future)
