BUT ANYWAY YES YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I ADOOOOORE THIS! This is JUST the kind of style I've been really into recently! This sort of squishy delicious painty style. Ugh so much sex and love and magic mmhmm. I just LOVE the colors you picked out for the sunset! That yelloworangeBLUE is a really pleasing and early-morning-reminiscent combination right there. And I love the mooshy navy pine trees. Ugh that mooshy paintiness. It's so PLEASING TO ME anywayanywayanywayyes. The grassy field is awesome too. It looks all soft and pretty and that combination of navy and that greenyblue and how it's all delicious and mooshy in the back and all pretty and detailed BUT STILL MOOSHY GAH <3 in the front. It's a really neat way to make a field without doing EVERY BLADE. I totally dig it! Love me dat tree too. The bark detail is really lovely, and the tree's brown really sticks out amongst all that greenyblue goodness too. The background is really such a lovely combination of color moosh and detail. And I seriously SERIOUSLY dig it.
AND DENALI GOOD LORD. I LOVE him! It's like he's stretching on the tree like a cat or something. He has SUCH pretty details in his face! His expression is so serene and gorgeous and ugh that EYE just pops out so beautifully! Plus I think I mentioned this before, but that's one of my favorite head-angles for him. For some reason, I love the way it makes his beard fold in on itself like that. And I LOVE that yellow shine dancing across the dark bit. Good lord. I love his big beefy hands too omg. Again with the yellow shine on them too. They have such pretty detail and articulation to them! I love the scale detail too omg. Like, there's definitely a bunch there, but the angle makes it so that it's not mega-overwhelming or something. Like the BG. It's like you're good at drawing or something. LOL. I LOVE his wings too. The folds are shaded so softly and the yellow lighting dancing off that left wingarm is divine. The lighting on the entire damn dragon is just awesome. Freakin just awesome.
BUT YES YES. This is just beautiful! Thank you SO so much for the commission! I seriously just freakin' LOVE it!

Wow! loving the color job on this one Zy! The blue mane's really striking and I think it's my fave part. It's good to see stuff like this from you again, although I love looking at your glass pieces.
