Yes, u can work on her with PoserPro2010, but I can't send u my Nina figure.
You can try to do your personal version of her using a Victoria4 Elite base, you can find it at DAZ Studio online shop.

I'll post my new blog adress in a few days here on deviantArt, don't worry
