Sorry, haven't been on in a long time.Β
Just got a graphics drawing tablet,it arrived this morning. Finally figured it out for the most part but to take advantage of features such as pressure sensitivity I also had to switch art programs, and Krita is...confusing. A lot of those icons don't look like what I would expect for the tools they stand for so I'm still trying to learn what does what with it.

New software and/or hardware is always a learning curve, you'll get the hang of it when you practice enough.Β Though to be honest I've never figured out how to use a drawing tablet. Hoping to see more of your concept art, even better ones as now you have more features to play with. How's your game progressing? Found some more interested people offsite?
I've gotten a pixel editor on my Mac but I fall back on my MS Paint ways. I make a large canvas, and keep all the layers merged into one...Β Anyways, I'm mostly doing stuff with pens and colour pencils (same old, haha). Working on something new right now. I can show you a draft if you're curious. A sneak peek into my next upload and what goes on behind it.

I haven't done much at all with it yet, the only place I have for my comp(a laptop so keyboard and monitor are fixed together) requires me to set the tablet on top of the keyboard so I can't access the hotkeys. I ordered a lapdesk which should be arriving within a week or so, hopefully it will work for the tablet so I'll be able to use it and access the keyboard at the same time.

I don't know if you have seen them, but yesterday I did up 8 "Character Interviews" if you want to check them out. All 8 are from the same novel WIP and connected short stories. Theran and Ellisandra are the couple in "A Tender Moment" while Bran, Katya, and Karen are the 3 characters in "On her husband's shoulder(though Karen's part was just mentioning how her antics had worn her mother out that day).
