Yes patience is also a key in making a good artwork
I forgot to tell in the tutorial, you need to be VERY careful in scratching. Its better if your paper is thick, its less prone in damage ang creating a hole.

Oh, haha. Reminds me of all of those times as a kid when I would draw in pencil and erase so vigorously that the paper gets rumpled. XD

That is right . Its for fine details of lines, whiskers, fibers, hairs and other small objects.
