Thank you, kindly. That model is just under 26,000 faces, unsmoothed. Although, he animates pretty well without smoothing. I currently do all of my modeling and rendering in Maya.

He's sort of like a dog boy though technically, and this is a total final fantasy term here, he's a moogle but he really doesn't look like one. I found the concept art for him online a long time ago so I thought he'd be fun and challenging to do for this. So far he's coming along nicely.

Oh sounds like fun. I'm doing animation myself but it's all pretty basic at the moment. Don't even cover facial animation. I'd definitely be interested in seeing the next installment.

Thank you very much. It didn't have any facial controls, at this point. It just had a mouth bone to open and close. I have some rudimentary facial blends, now, though. I'll be posting some animation, before too long. I'm using him for Advanced Character Animation, this term.
