Or in general, if you see the word "Catpanion" in the title freely avoid it, cause I will be posting adopts of them as well when I am able to sell characters x"D
(although they will just have one or few eyes tops, I'm not sure how much or what exactly causes trypophobia so that's why I mention this o: )

umm, not that i can think of, it's just the fear of holes/eyes in the skin, it's actually a really common fear c:

Dammit, i just checked the second Guide i made and in the last short comic the Catpanion is overly attached to their owner and put it so the eyes form little hearts, so avoid the last panel OuO xD
I've heard that it's a really common fear, even Markipler mentioned in one of his videos that he has it (that's how i found out about it) c:

I haven't watched the guy in forever, i personally like it more when a youtuber talks his ass off, especially if I am doing housework, in a way it makes you feel like you're not alone c: And his newer stuff is more for full concentration to see the weird edits and cuts to laugh xD
