Hi everyone! Sorry again for my long hiatus...craziness in life and all has kept me from Deviant lately. However, in order to celebrate the good news of the FOURTH SEASON OF SLAYERS starting THIS JULY, I had to create new Slayers bookmarks to my collection. ^_^ These are brand-spanking new, finished by me just a few seconds ago (done completely in Photoshop, as per usual).These will be for sale at my Artist Alley space at Acen 2008, so please look for me at Katsuyama Studios! And look for more new bookmarks from series like Ouran, Death Note, Tsubasa Chronicles, and more!
And PS: Look for new CELL PHONE STRAPS at my Acen Artist Alley booth! (Of COURSE I'll have these as straps too...I'm a die-hard Slayers fan!)

My gosh, you live! Or rather, I found you! I keep checking back at your sister's site hoping to see an update (where did everyone go?), but it doesn't look like it's been touched since early last year. I feel like a lot of the older fans have fallen by the wayside somewhere...
In any case, excellent bookmark designs! If I'd been able to attend Acen, I probably would have bought the complete set! I'll have to be sure to watch your art. I always liked viewing it on the Library of Slayers Creativity.
In any case, it's been a few months since the news got out that Revolution was coming. Have you seen it yet? I don't know about anyone else, but I've really enjoyed it! I just hope more people hear of it so Slayers can experience the rebirth deserved it.

I used to visit your website- The Library of Slayers Creativity- a lot. I had a feeling you'd notice the new Slayers season.
As a fellow artist and Slayers fan, I'd like to say that I think your skills are coming along very nicely. You've always been good, but I see lots of improvement.

Aww; thanks so much! As you can probably tell from the HUGE delay in my responding, I update whenever possible, and unfortunately that's not very often as of late. I've been really busy with work-related art creation and showings, which is wonderful and I love it, but it doesn't give me as much time to do the fanart I love to do for fun.

holy cheese these are awesome! Kinda makes me wish I could be at Acen to possibly buy a few, but the fact that I'm still bound under parental rule, gas prices, and living in the Southwest all combine against me to do so.

And of course I can't wait for the new Slayers series either! I didn't know about it until I found out at ACEN. Btw, I'm the one who was dressed up as Ms. Lina Inverse at ACEN this year! I so can't wait to go next year. Acen was my first full weekend con and it was the best fun I've ever had!

Hihi! I remember seeing you and taking your picture!! I'm SO excited about Slayers Revolution - I found links to the opening and ending theme songs just this past week and I've been listening to them NONSTOP!
I'm sorry you missed the straps, but I'm super excited that you liked the bookmarks! I'm not planning on doing any more cons this year, but I will be at Acen and hopefully more cons next year.

About time we got a fourth season of Slayers, isn't it? Looks good. Any word on on a possible appearance of Naga? She did show up in Premium after all.

I'm not sure if Naga will make an appearance or not yet...but I'm sure that they'll do at least some funny reference to her or do a sort of background cameo like they did in Slayers Next. I'll let you know if I find out anything more about that. ^_^

Please do! She should roll with the crew this time around, just to piss off some stuck up blogger I saw, who called all the pre-tv timeline ovas and movies stupid crap. I hope the first episode starts off with her laughing as she runs all the way into the camera, jiggling the whole way only to say something cocky and stupid upon arrival, all while stealing Lina's food. Now THATS Slayers.

Hihi! Well, ok - I haven't heard anything CONFIRMED on Naga being a part of the fourth season. BUT, there is one Slayers News site that has had accurate information all along about the fourth season that DOES have Naga down on the character list for the fourth season. However, it doesn't have a voice actress confirmed for her, whereas the others do.
So I guess what I'm saying is this: Take this tidbit with a grain of salt, but here's the website I found this on: [link]

Yay! Thanks! I found the logo after some serious digging online. That is a copy of the original new logo for the 4th season, vectorized in Illustrator to give the bookmarks that little bit more of an official edge. ^_^

As for Cell phone straps, I'm going to have Clamp, Zelda, Negima, Inuyasha, Love Hina, Kingdom Hearts, Mario, Slayers, Sonic, Ranma, Kenshin, Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, Cowboy bebop, Miyu, Tenchi, and of course a few OURAN ones. Hope you will like them!
