Really like the mysterious effect you created with this image. And the stark white bird contrasts beautifully with the red overtones of the remainder of the image. Very nice composition indeed!

i love the overall color and very nice slight texture
the balance is superb and the eye is lead very well from the model to the bird

Thank you so much! This was one of those pictures where I really wanted to add more (more texture, more detail, more magic), but the more I tried, the less it worked. So I stuck with a simple but (I think ) captivating picture.

I know, and I'm trying to learn from what you've said I think I'm just rather obsessive compulsive sometimes and want to put in as much detail as I can smoosh in the frame. I really appreciate your feedback and support

its natural, i kinda do the same, i try alot of stuff and then end up stripping it down most times, although there is a time for alot and a time for a lil

I think part of me feels like, if I don't use a lot of stock then I'm not putting in an effort. But I know that's not true, because getting the lighting and atmosphere of a piece doesn't require stock necessarily, it relies on manipulating each piece of stock that you've used. That came to me just now...I suddenly feel brilliant
