Origin (A continuation of Dynamic Boy 's story)
(---"It was unknown during Roy's time in The Sea that due to environmental factors on their planet, Rai-Kod and his race are like axolotls. While the eldest of the race are considered adults in their culture, they haven't actually experienced what can be considered biological maturity.

And since Roy was growing in a rocket and not on any planets, he hadn't experienced this form of puberty due to the atmosphere inside the rocket being the same as Occaro's. That would all change when he finally landed in The Ever-Changing City . And when his body finally does go through puberty, people assumed that he's experiencing some kind of delayed reaction from Elohim exposure. Though when scanning for Elohim in his system, doctors actually found very little traces of the energy. Not even close to enough for a mutation to occur.

Roy's 6 month-long development had occurred in three distinct stages: Stage 1, he becomes like an adult human with an idealized male body, taking the name Dynamic Man to better match this form. Stage two: His muscles and body grow so large that their ridiculous, plus Roy had developed some increased aggression and mood swings at this stage. When he finally reached Stage 3, it turns out that Stage 2 is actually a mobile cocoon, which splits open like a fleshy cicada's shell, revealing some kind of humanoid grotesquery.

Though with being raised the way he was while living in The City, he hasn't really changed that much personality wise from his time as Dynamic Boy since his hormones finally balanced out, though he did feel self conscious about his new form. However, with help from some of the local heroes such as The Weird Boys , this self loathing has been tempered a bit."---)

Quite the twist for a superman-esque character, don't ya think?

Anyway, this was inspired by a comment from BassoeG , who made the comment in my Dynamic Boy picture about the different ideas one can use when doing a Superman-esque character. His third idea resulted in this version of Dynamic Boy, with some bits of Lovecraft mixed in; Specifically a Night-Gaunt and Wilber Whateley from The Dunwich Horror.

This character was made using Hero Machine 3.
