Description
Finally, a stable map of sorts! It's still a WIP, and the file will be changed periodically. This is a highly edited sketchup file
Needs updating! Renovations [link]
Key:
Feeding time in each barn starts at 7 am and lasts about an hour
1. Entrance
2. Mare and Foal area
The Mare and Foal area includes 7 paddocks for maximum turnout time and socializing. All mamas and babies are brought in at night, but most are returned to their paddocks by 8 am. The whole area is double-fenced to protect the next generation from dogs, wild horses, and other animals.
3. 60 foot round pens
4. 12 stall yearling/weanling barn. Each stall is 12 feet by 12 feet
5. 34 stall Broodmare and Foaling barn with 24 feet by 14 foot stalls
6. Stallion area
This area has 22 individual paddocks for daily turnout, each measuring 70 feet by 70 feet. Working stallions are ridden in the common arenas with everyone else. Our stallions have to be well behaved or we do not keep them! Surrounded by 7 foot double fences
7. Stallion barn with 28 stalls. Each stall is 20 feet by 20 feet. Each stallion has a breeding halter with bit, bridle, and leadline hanging outside their stall for easy access. Saddles, blankets and other tack is kept in their tack room at 14. Large cemented area is for stallion showcases, photo shoots and grooming/bathing when the weather allows
8. Riding and boarding area
A large barn with 28 stalls. Each stall is 20 feet by 14 feet with attached 70 foot by 20 foot runs. Larger turnout is available as well at 12
9. Outdoor arena with a sand/rubber footing. 5 foot white fences outline the 200 foot by 300 foot space with a gate at each corner
10. Covered arena measuring 200 feet by 300 feet. Half wooden walls have green curtian-like panels that pull down from the ceiling for windy or stormy weather
Other areas
11. House(very much a WIP, is supposed to be a 2/3 story house but only one has been planned). Double backyards for the dogs when they are kept penned up.
12. Common access to 3 of 5 large pastures. Other two are at 13
13. To other 2 pastures, both mustang wooded pasture and fantasy horse pasture. Fantasy horse pasture is large-hole chainlink basically, but in a 25 foot high fully enclosed cage to hold flying equines.
14. Breeding shed with full lab. Right wing is stallion feed/tack room, left is mare/foal.
15. Parking lots with room for trailers and RVs

Sort of. I made the basemap in sketch-up(off of the plans I had already made) and used that to get all the angles and distances correct. The black lines are the only thing remaining from that map, and everything else has been drawn using the sketch-up as a guide. I'm very proud of this, I love the fences!

Thank you!
One has been commissioned already, and honestly I'm using that one as a guide for the amount of time it takes and then I'll figure out how much I should charge

Thank you! I'm very happy with this map
I used Google sketchup to create the whole 3D map, then used Paint.net(my drawing program of choice) to color.
