Flutter is character based off of a stuffed animal I made in 7th grade. Flutter is genderless but tends to lean more towards feminine pronouns. She is roughly about half the length of your forearm and lacks a lot of density. She is practically weightless, flapping around with her tiny pink wings. The most accurate description of what Flutter is a fox fairy. She possess a faint power of magic that allows her to alter reality to a small degree, but in some cases this power is strengthen, in the most extreme cases to “undo” events, or revive someone who died. She is very attached to Feonix the feather dragon and follows her around like a puppy, but often times being the more aggressive of the two, ordering Feonix to buck up or come along. Flutter exists mainly as a existential force to help Feonix to a better place emotionally, although Flutter seems to think her time is better used having fun and annoying others. Flutter is very protective of Feonix and will even try to take on Spade in her defense.
