Hehehe. It's Phillipe from Beauty and the Beast.
I love that movie... Drew this a long time ago in a notebook... Just felt like submitting something. Done entirely in pen; so I guess I did a pretty good job without making any mistakes.
Also, if you look a ways down in my gallery you can find a drawing I did of the Beast; I did these both on the same piece of paper. (I have no idea why I didn't upload this a long time ago... but whatever.)
