Why do I have so much random junk? LOL anyway, I thought I would just share some of the stuff lying around my computer.There were two comic ideas that I thought up, the first called "High Enough" where Hiccup wants to make Astrid a ring but doesn't know that the stars are too far away. The second is "Far Enough", which is the last strip, and Hiccup wants to travel to the edge of the world, but in the end he finds out that the world is round. Both I drew at the spur of the moment without much thought to paneling and composition (ugh, and the colors look like someone vomited on them), but I like the concept of having limited knowledge of science on Berk and how it would affect the dreams of someone like Hiccup. Who knows, I may think up more "enough" ideas and submit a proper deviation.
Haha, I wanted to do the "Old Spice" comic for over a month now, but oh well XP

This is what I live for. XD Dumps like this. Sailor Astrid was just magnificent. 
It's really great to see people start to deviate away from the "let's replicate lots of movie scenes" because as awesome as they are, it gets stale eventually. Things like this show imagination.
And then there's Hagrid and Hiccup. BFFs? Indeed.

The variety is amazing. "I'm on a dragon" and Sailor Astrid made me giggle madly. My cat is now staring at me for it, but totally worth it. Beautiful stuff!

I though the ring thing was really cute. And the idea of Hiccup's travels is also pretty amazing... I love it. I love the multicultural aspect and colors you poured in.

Actually, I wanted to draw a lot more cultures, like Hiccup wearing some African type war paint and going to the Americas and getting worshipped like a god. I also played with the idea of the medieval knights wanting to slay Toothless and Hiccup has to protect him. Too bad my art muscle died out on me 
I love Sailor Astrid X3 The thought of a spiked miniskirt amused me so much and was pretty much the only reason why I drew it.

I actually never watched Dragonheart before. I like, really need to see this movie after hearing a references to it more than once X)
I think that once the other teens master flying they would definitely want to travel the world (it would be pretty hilarious to watch Snotlout and Tuffnut challenge other people in contests of strength) . I want that for the TV series, but I don't think there's much chance for that :/

I think dragonheart was the movie fangirls who loved dragons watched before HTTYD. The movie itself isn't great. it's kinda cheesy and has bad acting and an unfortunate comic relief. But the dragon, Draco (original, I know), is the world's greatest scaly pimp. Voice by Sean Connery.

I think a comic about Hiccup, Toothless, and Astrid traveling the globe would be fun. AND I actually like your coloring style specially the one with the tiger.
Though Ruffnut's face is rounder I think.
Hiccup and Hagri and the one with Hiccup and the Unicorn and the I'm on a dragon nearly made me bursts into fits of laughter. But I managed to control myself.
I hope you do more of these.
