Beautiful rhythm and colors, it's very expressive. I'd like to see more like this from you

thx a lot mate. i'm glad this piece found some support, seeing it's not what people expect of me and lets face it most people that watch me are not interested in seeing anything else than space-art. I'm not abandoning space art, but i mean you are one of the good examples that it's worhtwhile to expand into similar or completely new fields. this was my first proper work with my new wacom and i'm hoping to do more painting in future. i need to try and learn to draw anatomy correctly though. don't want to be stuck on faces all the time

I think its very wise that you are expanding your skill set.. it is very important to do that imo. Just keep drawing and get better If its a good piece then your watchers will be interested in seeing it even though its not space art. A good piece is always worth a watch right

i'm not fishing for watchers. it's cool if people like it, but i'm not gonna make that something to depend on. it's too much of a limitation. but with you all the way on how important it is to do new things.

Ahh, looks better now, I remember seeing the WIP's and it seems any flaws have bene ironed out. Not generally the type of art i'm interested in, but tell that to the millions of galleries that showcase stuff like this all the time

thx mate. glad it seemed to have turned out okay. it can't be for everyone of course. i consider this to be practise on my way to becoming a better painter, so of course i see some flaw in it and i'm sure more experienced and professional digital painters will see too much of that to really enjoy it. anyway thx for the comment
