Nice. I love the textures on this. The owl really stands out. Very expressive too...he looks like he sees something and is contemplating on whether or not to go after it.

Great job on the lighting.

Great work here. I really like the amount of tones in the night blue sky, giving it that grainy look you get at night. The owl and the branch are painted really well, the lighting is incredible. One thing that stands out to me is quite how fine the brush strokes look. Huge amount of detail and really atmospheric, very well done.

Thakyou and thanks for the comprehensive comments-Glad you like it. Wanted to do a night painting for a while but wasn't sure how i was going to tackle it. I feel this piece was sucessful.

This is great work! I especially like the way the moonlight just seems to melt over the branches of the tree! ...the moon is a lil' bit too yellow, I think...
But I know that as an artist, you are allowed to paint whatever u want and however u want it!
Anyway, this is really amazing and I especially enjoy watching the lower left part!
