After losing the URL and a hard drive, I spent years looking for this comic (Giant Sized Ar-Men 3), which was the last issue of it. (I still don't know if it was finished-- it seemed to get right up to near the very end).
However, I have just today found the URL to link to the cover:

Sadly, all the other pages have been deleted from their directory. And fine work it was, too-- as good as any professional comic book art in the 1990s.
