This piece used a photo that is explicitly labeled as a stock image. I REALLY don't see what the issue you guys have is.

As stocker myself, I would get mad if someone would put in photography, even in retouching works, their usage of my stock.

Why have you hidden my comment? I thought someone could explain me why this one got a DD while it's not really different than the original artwork - why have you hidden my comment? I don't really think you could lose this award, really, with no malice - I just want to know why this one artwork got DD while it doesn't difference than the awarded original but "a simple cleanup and some adjustments".

I hid your comment because I didn't feel like defending my work. This piece is a retouch, not a photo manipulation, the end shot is going to be fairly similar to the original. I put the finishing touches on an unprocessed photo, I don't see where your issue lies?
