I got it within Creative Commons-licensed content on flicker so i guess it's ok to call it stock
Anyway...i had problems with the shadow again. I first drew the lady to big, had to move it on a larger sheet of paper and when i wanted to add the shadow

I stopped concentrating on it because I considered not being to good at it.

I think all of the ones you have in your gallery are pretty good.
I guess photography is one of those where the more you shoot, the higher number of great photos you will get. I think you got a good sense of colour. Shoot everything first then focus on one type of photography you like - I like landscape photography for example but I do dip my paws into people photography whenever I get a chance.
It can be very rewarding!

I just thought you should know, I looked up ladybug stock in the search, this came up, and I immediately clicked because I thought it was a real picture.
I seriously didn't even realize it wasn't until I read the bit about you needing to switch paper to add the shadow.

yeah, google is a god think when you provide it with accurate key-words. Thugh, sometimes it's better to search sites with nfo, not images.
