I started this on Sunday when my grandfather died. My art is the only thing I have to keep my mind off of it.

You are way too intense for your own freaking good. Your skill is intimidating... you know that, right? It's hard to re-assemble my grey matter long enough to write a coherent comment, because as soon as I think I've got some decent synapses happening again, your skill blows my brains out again.

You know, in all honesty, when I first saw your gallery, I felt the same damn way. I was actually just snooping around your stuff feeling curious as to why you feel so unprecedently insignificant compared to a lot of the things I draw. I know I've got a lot to offer in the traditional art world, but so do you, just as much so, as well. Have you looked at the countenances of the characters you drew? Have you seen how mindboggling proportional those faces are that you drew??? I really think if you grasped that illusive light of talent in your soul with every bit of strength as I try to muster up in my work, you could get back into drawing unbelievably detailed works that entailed those dark stories I know you're always thinking of. I love your work, and feel meak when I look at how detailed your drawings are. Your work is stunning, and I'm still struggling to match that level of detail in a lot of my stuff. I really want you to know that I believe your work to be outstanding.

it looks better in life. The problem was that the room is real dark. My main room light is burnt out. I actually function off that one lamp on my draftsmen table...it's certainly become a cave in there
It's almost done, then I'll shoot it in the living room where there's more light

Okay, I just don't love it because it's the Joker (love him), but the detail, shading, and highlighting is brilliant. Even the base of his character is brilliantly made.
