Description

-Telum-

A frame with deadly accuracy. Telum can pick off certain enemies, while keep a close eye on others.

---Abilities---

-Pinpoint-
Telum marks a foe with an energy mark. Once an enemy is marked and are hit, said hit is guaranteed to be a critical

strike. If the victim dies, the mark jumps to another near by enemy. The mark can only jump up to 5 enemies at a time before dispersing.

-Seer-
Telum gains the ability to see enemies through walls for a short period of time. While the duration of this ability is running, all primary and secondary weapons receive +1 punch-through to snipe off enemies.

-Overheat-
Telum buffs all allies in a radius with a fire rate boost and doubled the amount of ammo picked up. This rate boost starts off at 15% and ends at 40%.

-Snipe-
Telum sends out energy bullets in a radius that are a guaranteed head shot. If the enemy survives they are stunned after being hit with blast damage.

Well, we don't really have a frame that's based on shooting things to death. I think the closest we get is either Mag's Bullet Attractor or maybe Banshee with her Sonar ability. Those are really the only things I can think of that give an 'oomph' to guns.

This is where Telum comes into play. He can be a supporter frame, with his ability to boost both fire rate and ammo pick up. He also has potential to be a good solo/stealth frame with his more offensive abilities.
