Perusing the clearance aisle at her big box store, it was normal to see items out of their package or otherwise mislabeled. So when Haley saw a cool looking doll, she picked it up to find out how much it costs.

The doll looked so cool with adorable red hair, smart clothes and the hint of tatoos on her leg and arm. Haley was shocked when the doll squirmed in her hand. With a squeeze of her hand, the doll grunted but calmed down. Upon closer inspection the doll talked and told her a tragic tale of revenge. That her boyfriend shrunk her and left her in the store to be taken.

Haley smirked and the doll woman grimaced. “I like his thinking and I am glad to be the one who found you.” Plucking a $1 sticker off another item, she plastered a price tag on the woman’s head. The woman was sad to be sold as a doll, but felt even worse to be priced at only a dollar only to then be sold for 70% off that price. Her former life was traded away for a total of 30 cents.
