Springer (Sophie) is, after all, elastic (in the physics sense), so she snaps back when she stretches, just like a rubber band, but another thing rubber bands can do is bounce! Springer loves that aspect of her powers. Not only is is simply joyful, it's a great way to get around in style! Who needs to run when your arms are slingshots and your legs are pogo sticks?

Getting this comm was a bit of a dream come true - 10 years ago or so, when I first discovered the stretchy side of DA, Gamepal was one of the first artists I found. Since then, his mix of style, energy, character, and worldbuilding kept me engaged the whole time, and was one of the major reasons I didn't end up leaving it all behind - it was just so inspiring and hopeful to someone like me who wanted to do something similar with my ideas! Seeing that Gamepal has only gotten better over time has really been awesome, and seeing my character, who does draw some inspiration from Gamepal's characters and ideas, mind you, realized in his super slick style (a big inspiration for my own, as well), it's just so cool!
