Don't mind my tumblr themething. I'm new to tumblr, I'll find a better one eventually.
Was requested that I make this a while ago. Sorry for the wait.
Made in SAI, for Paint Tool SAI users.
Can be adapted to be used in other programs, if you have the skills.
37 Steps, from scratch to end. Exactly how I do eyes. This technique has been used in numerous images in my gallery.
