I love the moment captured here. The fact that an "Artificial Being" has evolved that it can *want* to be real.... It's huge.
Kinda makes me wanna go hug my computer and tell it "Thank You" for letting me smash its keyboard when I rage-post, sobbing into the screen when something sad happens, and allowing me to keep it up late so I can draw and blare Scary Kids Scaring Kids...

Wow. I love the thought you've put into even the articles on the front cover and the suggestion of the shop infront, without losing the simplicity and detracting of the focal point of the robot and the magazine. Much appreciation for the style of the robot also - it looks human and is coloured a delicate shade of pink, but it's also mass produced (indicated by the barcode conveniently placed on the back of the head), with an almost mask like face and beautifully designed. The child is a nice touch too; is the robot an outsider in the community, a rare sight outside of the city?

There is a huge amount of implied feeling in this, maby thats why it stood out so much to me. Im addicted to robotics and the like, and i love how this picture shows a longing,just as we people do when we see something in a magazine that we like.
