Description
This was an experiment I did while in the USA. This is three images blended together... high speed splash at the back... long exposure in the middle and high speed f/g image. I call this technique "shutter blending".Related content

Wow, so is that all done in the camera? No outside editing like mashing multiple pictures together?

Its beautiful and sad. It looks like a place where you want so badly to be; to stand in the warm sand and feel the cool waves wash over your feet, but at the same time it is like it is far away and only a dream.
Great job on the whole blending, it looks really neat and well put together. Congrats and good luck on all your future projects!
I love it!

Fantastic result. I just love the splash on the rock and the apparently very dry sand that gives a very interesting contrast with the water

That is a great technique.. and very well executed. A little bit too much for me, but I love the idea. The photo is very beautiful too. Nice composition and tones.
