There are a finite amount of times you can talk to your crew in ME2. I am saddened when this happens and Mordin doesn't want to talk to me any more.XD;; I swear I Have a Usagi picture coming. These are just so stupid and easy to make.

haha true! but when he talks to Shep about his nephew i feel like its the most intimate kind of conversation I've have with Mordin. It makes me go 'awww'

That's one of my favourite conversations in the whole game, and also has one of my favourite lines in it. (The other being one Shepard has while talking to Liara in her quarters)

XD It's just one of the things he says if you bug him enough and he doesn't want to talk. I didn't want to use one of his other lines because they're actually pretty funny and distracted from the comic itself.
