I did say I've been feeling arty lately haven't I? XDDDSorry I don't have a coloured picture for you guys yet, but I've done the lineart for one already. I just need to find the time to colour it. Until then I hope you enjoy this nicely sized Sketchdump instead 8DDD
SO HERE WE GOOOOO~!
1: Before I wrote chapter 22 of my fic I drew out these 3 busts to try and envision the expressions going on during that scene. First we have Raph's initial shock (I made his eyes MUCH too big
) On his right are two of his eyes, that's me planning the expression change2: Raph tensing up and getting angry, recovering from the shock.
3: Below him is Mikey in MIKEY SMASH ROAR HISS mode
4: I started drawing this bust without an expression in mind which never turns out well. It's a thoughtful Mikey but his eyes are too small. Perhaps an older Mikey?
5: Leo looking over his shoulder as he runs all "HAI WAITAMINUTE! WHAT WAS THAT?"
6: Raph's "Pls listen to me! D'8 " face
7: Leo
8: (On the other side of angry Mikey) How Usagi looks throughout MOST of "Wild Animals" XDDD I screwed up his face, but I'm uploading this because I like his hands.

20: then I drew it AGAIN from a different angle. I like this one more. Perspective is fail XD; Pissed Mikey is Pissed. I can't draw guns at all.

XD I don't want to give away too much, but in its bare basics, Usagi shows up in New York chasing some-one who stole something from him. Something... kinda important. He asks the turtle boys for help and they go off to have a whirlwind miss-adventuuuuuure~!

Wow, I have to say that when you do the guys worried or scared you can feel the fear that they are going through. Also Mikey using a Glock? geez, he must've red misted cause Mikey would never use a gun. Only if Mikey hated someone or had no other choice.

No use gushing about something if it's bad so, I remain impartial so then I can keep a clear head. I can read the chapters since I have all day. I am interested. As I always say, if I wasn't interested, I wouldn't have offered. I'll proof read it all for you. What I meant was when I finish a chapter and after I've posted it up it's up as far as I'm concerned. I want to move on and focus on the next chapter afterwards. If I kept looking back and refining and refining and refining I'll never move forward.

Well I'm looking for something that would be epic turtles wise that doesn't involve magic of any kind, time space or aliens. I know it's a tall order but I want to go back to the old fashioned grass roots and do some good old butt kicking and tail kicking.

Bishop is always win IMO XDDD Anything with Bishop in it is automatic epicness since the man is a sadistic bastard. then there's stuff like natural disasters which can cause quite a bit of havoc, or you could play around with gang wars or riots or something along those lines.

Hmmm well I try to stay away from Bishop as I haven't the foggiest idea what he is like. Natural disaters is a good one thought the gang wars and riots sound pretty good. You have any ideas say?

hmmm~ *thinks about it* I dunno about finer details, but I have a soft spot for 'revolution' like stories and situations. Riots in the street and coup de tates and things like that.
As for natural distaters, It's VERY cold this side of the world at the moment, so I keep getting mental images of snow and lots of it! And seeing as our shellback friends and semi/faux cold blooded that might pose a few problems.

Riots and gang wars sounds like a good angle. Maybe inner turmoil with the purple dragons or the foot.
Hmmm, a winter type of theme. How about an early and heavy snowfall? That would pose some problems. As you said the turtles are half blooded it would pose a few problems. It would even pose some for warm blooded cretures as well. I think I can make something out of this, just need a little more to make a plot and it'll be good. Oh BTW thanks.
