I've been getting back into the swing of sketching in Painter again now I've got a new graphics tablet (Angel's ordered me to post a new pic at least every two weeks). Anyway, I saw some PS3 Lemmings videos the other day and I was determined to do at least one Lemmings related image, so I drew a Lemming playing a pipe similar to the one used with the Attractor skill in the Egyptian levels of Lemmings 2: The Tribes (btw, I doubt the notes play an actual tune, but it would be interesting see if it does)Done in Painter IX.5 with Intuos3 A5 Wide tablet
Time Taken: roughly 1 and a half hours if I've worked it out right

Cool work; I don't see much Lemming fanart much at all. I love the hair; it almost has a Sideshow Bob look to it (with it looking somewhat like a palm tree and all). The cross-hatching is good; I like how it flows in the general direction of the character.

Yeah, the cross hatching is something I sort of developed at college when drawing a Tonberry. I rarely use it, but it looks good when I do. The Sideshow Bob hair looks more like how their hair used to if you ask me.
And there's far too little appreciation for Lemmings. How can you not love the little guys?
