This part is very basic and I'll try to cover more advanced stuff in later ones

I'd love crit and questions on this one, is there something that you think I failed at explaining, is the layout good, and so on?

For those who are curious I use Photoshop 6.0 (though i've worked in cs4) and a Bamboo tablet.
