Description
We are all surrounded by walls of downfall and despair; but not crushed by them. Persecuted and struck down, but not abandoned and destroyed. We gotta recognize what is pushing in so that we can open our eyes to the elements that will continue to push down on us. Finally, we must stand up and rise against the elements and be willing to fight them until we go down. And if we go down, let's go down swinging.You ready? Let's go!
2 CORINTHIANS 4:8-9
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed
Each of us is fighting the elements. Let's support one another in prayer...

Thanks! If there is one thing I want to keep centered in my work, it's God. So I always make sure to pray before I draw pictures like this.

Same! I was SO happy when it was released on YouTube before it's official release date. The Elements and Scars are actually my favorites too. I did one for Scars and I Just Need U, they just hit me so hard. Like literally making me cry.

I remember those!
Scars really hits me deep, I'm outside feeding animals singing to it at the top of my lungs and thinking how I want a piece to go with it.
The hardest thing is starting it, and then after that, continuing and finishing. Often times I have an idea, I finally get the drive to start it, but it doesn't look how I was wanting and then I can't bring myself to continue.

Yah, that's unfortunately how all artists think. They don't realize how unique and beautiful their work is until millions of fans tell them so. You're work is good, keep it up and don't give up. If you wanna get better at making what you see in your head, just let go a bit more when you draw.
Honestly, what I do is I pray to God and ask Him to draw, not me. Just let your work happen. You'll be truly surprised at how far you' can go.

Aha, well that's totally up yo you! Remember to keep those sketches, they are the very thing that will help you improve in whatever subject you want to get better in. It's like taking notes in school. For sure post something though! Lots of people would love to see it. ^_^
