I've always liked Hawkheart, but I can't help but view him as a somewhat villainous character. I understand that he was protecting his herbs and clan when he attacked Moonflower, but he also openly mocked other cats in the books at times when he appeared... not always, but still.
I don't know, I definitely don't think he's evil, per say, and like I said, I do like him. But I don't know. I just don't view him as a good guy or a really bad guy.
I guess I see him as neutral.

Well the Erins had an intention of making him evil from the beginning, so i guess that's where his rough, mocking personality comes from? but i don't get how he can be considered a villain, sinceΒ his character is extremely inconsistent; he's super nice to Yellowfang in Yellowfang's Secret and he has a friendly banter with Hopkit in Tallstar's Revenge. He seems like a very loyal cat overall. ;O
but i respect your opinion! i'm just glad that you're not one of those people who straight out hates him because he killed moonflower. x'D

Nah, I can't hate him. He was just protecting the stuff he needed to keep his clan strong and alive. I think it's unfair to hate any character for just doing what they had to do, especially if it's for the good of their people or group.

He is one of my favourite characters. Yeah sure he killed Moonflower but he's still one of my favourites.

HE! Gets the Noble Medicine cat prize! OF THE YEAR! He was a warrior, and a seriously good one at that, but he followed the WILL OF STARCLAN! (how many cats can say that >_>) And took on a new destiny! JUST BECAUSE he was told to by dead cats! And he heals his clan without a pinch of question! Hes loyal, fearless, and amazing!
