Description
...::EDIT::...Larger and edited file on request.
Several people were complaining about the small font. Leaving critiques and comments are more than welcome, but I just don't like it when people use my tutorials and at the same time nitpick about the smallest things and don't even leave a "thank you" note.
So for those who do appreciate the 30 hours I spent in writing and drawing this tutorial: I uploaded a larger file. You can click download for full size.
...Whoa...
This is a MASSIVE tutorial I did in only 2 freakin' days! LOL.
I said I would do a gift for you all because someone hit the 60.000 pageviews. Besides, I got over 1550 watchers and my drawings of Vincent and House got over 1000 favourites.
Ooohh look at the pretty colors. My previous tutorials look quite boring compared to this baby.
Ehm... what else to say...
Have fun!

Tortillions cannot be reused except for smudged areas.
However, blendingsticks can be used more often if you sharpen them with a pencil sharpener or sandpaper!!

Nice Tutorial!
*hasn't read any comments*
I have a question:
What kind is that regular eraser?
It looks like it has a closing mechanism. I'd like to get one.
And also, for the tortillions, I use sandpaper, if that helps. Then it can be used like a crayon, till it's unusable.
Anyway, great job!

Thank you!!!
I'm not sure of it's brand. I think you can get them at any art supply store anyway
I know about the tortillions, wrote it at the description of this deviation

Wow, this is fantastic sweetie! And so insightful!!! I'm so glad you made this tutorial because I already feel like I learned alot from it. When I get requests done and some more art practice in, I'm going to try to do some portrait-type stuff as a start and try some of these suggestions!

Ehm...I guess this question is pretty obvious, but does it matter if the kleenex has stuff in it? Like lotion/aloe vera?

You should put in there that not any Kleenex can be used.
The Kleenex that have lotion or any other additive can get grease in your blending which can produce permanent splotches just like finger blending. Also it could potentially add a color to the paper if you aren't careful about which ones you buy.
You should also look into blending stumps. They're very similar to tortillions but they are smooth and therefore blend a bit smoother. They also come in much larger and smaller sizes.

Thanks for the tips
Still I don't think I'll change my tutorial. Because this is my method of how I use the things I always like to use. Besides, I didn't say you're supposed to do it this way they're just (useful?) tips!
About the Kleenex thing, it was more of a joke (though I do use Kleenex!). In the picture you can see I use a white normal piece of Kleenex, without the lotion and colors.
Kudos to you

I'm not saying you need to add the thing about stumps or even that you need to try them. I'm just suggesting you try them for yourself as they work pretty well and they're cheap
I use Tissue paper in my drawings too, it doesn't have to be a joke But seriously, I'd hate to hear that someone used lotioned Kleenex on their drawing because they didn't know better. Even if it doesn't make weird colors it might turn the paper yellow after a few years.

Wow! You are right, most people like to stick with fingers, but I still think tortillions are way better. ^^
If I used tissue, then I would twich and my teeth would grind together, because I hate the feeling, lol. I still do large areas with tortillions. XD
