Description
As promised, here is my 100 watcher special tutorial for using the program Krita to draw my patterns. This is a list of important options and their description rather than a step-by-step guide. I also use my own custom toolbox and docker layout- the dockers can be found in the Settings menu under Dockers. If you have any questions or my handwriting is too messy, please let me know.
Again, thank you very much to all my watchers <3
~Astrid

It look me long enough, but I finally made something using this guide:Β www.deviantart.com/stephobrienβ¦
I hope you enjoy it! I'd love to hear what you think of it. If you have the time and are willing, any suggestions for improvement would be welcome - especially if they come in the form of specific tools, techniques, or brushes I could use. I just started using Krita recently, so I'm still getting the hang of it.
Thank you so much for making this tutorial!

Hmm, If you want to try making some more sparkly symmetric patterns, this is also a free and easy-to-learn option: www.weavesilk.com. Not really similar to Krita but if you do not mind making very sparkly patterns on black backgrounds, could be interesting to try

Sure thing. I might have left out some information (for example, how I add the sparkles and how to easily select colours). If you do try, best of luck with pattern drawing ^^
