!I cannot begin to imagine the horror that is the thought of not being able to open our Christmas presents in 2012!
We're just going to die before we get to open them!
And... and even if we're lucky and have our Father drive us to an airport in a Super-Charged limousine, the presents are still going to be destroyed with the rest of our house!
Quickly! Brand this stamp, if there is a God, he will hear us and may stop this massacre!

Yahhh, I find that we usually start to really get into listening a band when were told about it by friends or family. That's happened with me for a lot of bands. I didn't simply hear them, I was told by friends & family.
Hehehe yeah I bet it's a little odd for a 13 year old to listen to the Beatles, I mean most 13 year old (I suppose) are listening to the mainstream music that's on TV these days.
But yes I agree with you, I think there was more hmm, 'meaning' maybe? in the older music. I don't know, it feels like they were more engaged with it. But that's not to say some of the new things are worthless either ^^

I agree with you too, there was more meaning and sentiment in the older music. My mom says I'm not normal because I love old music, old clothe, old furniture and old houses and I hate Twilight. That's what makes me special she says XD
You're right, all my friend listen to Lady Gaga and Britney Spears and Justin Bieber and those types of singers. The reason i don't like them is because the most musics are dirty and repetitive, besides there's no meaning at all behind it. To me, music is what influences my way of be, my mood and my personality, not just another hobby.That's why when I'm drawing I listen to some music that goes with theme I chosed for my picture. I dunno, I think I just don't like all the meaningless Pop music...

Ahha yeah, but 'special' in a good way! Because it's definitely not something to be ashamed of. Although it may seem like it should be in today's society... with people trying to make us decide what we should wear/listen to, etc. xD
Yeah that's the kind of music I thought haha. I mean, I listen to Lady Gaga, but it's not the music I listen to when I wanna get something from it. I just listen for the 'beat' you know? And that's what most of the new music are, they're about the beat. Now, I'd be lying if I said I didn't like good beats, I like the new music, but I just feel there was more meaning in the old ones.
As you say yeah, it's the kind of music that inspires you and allows you to be creative ^^

Our society is so much... how do i explain... it's like you can't do anything different, people always think your different and ignore you. I feel a bit ignored just because I don't like Twilight and don't find Robert Pattinson atractive

But yeah that's true, I know what you mean. Hahaha, Twilight is just a GREAT example to illustrate this XD. All these girls finding Robert attractive don't even know why they find him attractive haha. They don't know that it's because they have the idea that everyone else finds him attractive and so of course they go along with it... it goes from "oh, not so bad after all" to "oh yeah, super sexy!" hahaha. To be honest, he's not attractive, and neither is that girl. LOL.

I don't find any actor of the Twilight movies attractive enough to drool over him. I was forced (it was my best friends birthday) to see New Moon. All I could hear was histerycal screams and those little annoying laughs. I was so bored i swear i almost fell asleep XD I don't see the appeal in the story. A friend of mine says "I love it because it's about vampires" well, to me they resemble more fairies than vampires, but oh well... X) And the plot is almost none :\

Haha yup that's what I thought. I talked about how and why all these girls are all over Robert and such and we came to the conclusion that it's not really because he's attractive, but because of his role in a film where there's some 'cute' love relationship and that it involves vampires hah.
I have to say I don't see all the appeal with vampires lately hmm..
But yeah, to hell with Twilight xD I seem to see "Twilight" at least once every day on the internet now lo0l.
