My steps on how i sketch, outline and color.when u shade like mine. use the same layer. just lock your layer then do the shadings. its kinda hard at first, but if get used to it. its more easier.
if u color background just dont put too much shadings. just focus on the shadows. also add lightnings on the edges. it makes more natural. (use soft colors and try to make ur shadings smooth as possible )

Omg you drawing that she is drawing her self drawing... XD I love this, i think i have to learn manga by now, but i always had likeits really really mainstream... but still its beauty and i really wanna learn it by now.
BTW do u use SAI? The tools look alot like the tools in SAI, but just to be sure, i ask? ^^

Pardon asking something... how to choose color to look nice in eyes, i mean, when the picture still a lineart how's you choose the table's color the character etc, because sometimes i do mistake on picking color and it make my picture's color messy, thanks before~

Did you use Photoshop or Sai? If you used Ps, what version did you use? How long did it take you to learn how to do digital art? Where did you learn it? Self-taught? You also do traditional art, do you? (It said you have Copics...) YOUR ART's AMAZING BY THE WAY.

It says on the actual drawing's page that sketching/outlining took around 6 hours and coloring took around 5 hours.

Heh. just don't be TOOOOOOOOO patient because as far as I know, my drawings can take up to a full 2 months to finish and my level of drawing isn't even that good... (it's not good at all...)
